How to Write Session Notes Go to Dashboard, open Bookings, then click Session Notes on a completed lesson. Fill in your Coach's Private Notes (rough bullets are fine — parents never see these). Then write or AI-generate a Parent Summary, optionally add Practice Drills, and click Publish. The parent gets an email notification immediately. Using AI to Write Notes in 60 Seconds Type or speak your rough notes. Click Generate with AI. Review the generated parent summary — edit anything that needs tweaking. Click Publish. On mobile, tap the microphone icon in Coach Notes to speak your notes — the AI transcribes and generates the parent summary automatically. Video Clips Paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL into the Video clip field to attach a lesson video. Parents see it embedded in their session summary. To record video during a lesson, use Live Lesson Mode (Dashboard > Bookings > [Lesson] > Start Lesson Mode). Publishing Tips Publish within 24 hours of the lesson for maximum impact.
